Goodbye Rishi

These are my last few photos from Rishikesh. What a beautiful place with the energy of the Ganga river so strong. Fresh, lively, clear and cool. Already I miss

  1. YUM!! The dumplings look wonderful! I would like a lesson to make those. They kind of look like pot stickers. What is inside? I wish we could get coconuts like that here. I was inspired by the pictures and thought of eating one. The one I bought was not fresh and tasty - However.......
